YOU2 Terms of Use and Privacy Policy 
Thank you for using YOU2 (Hereinafter referred to as YOU2) application and other related services!

To provide you with better services, please read the following “YOU2 Terms of Use and Privacy Policy” carefully (Hereinafter referred to as “this agreement”). Before you start to use the YOU2 software and other related services, please ensure that you have read and fully understood this agreement, especially the clauses involving exemption or limitation of liability, permission of rights and terms of use of information, agree to the terms of opening and use of special individual services, applicable laws, and conflict resolution terms, including but not limited to. If you are 18 years and below, please read and fully understand this agreement under the supervision of your legal guardian and only download this software after obtaining the consent of the legal guardian.

Once you use the YOU2 software and other related services，it would be deemed that you have fully understood this agreement and promised to accept the constraints of the agreement as a party to this agreement.

1、Scope of Application
1.1 This agreement is an agreement between you and YOU2 regarding your download, installation, registration, login, use of YOU2 software and obtainment of the related services YOU2 software provides. For certain services involved in this agreement, once you know and agree to the above-mentioned service content, it would be deemed that you have accepted the relevant rights and obligations between the two parties and are also bound by this agreement.

1.2 “User” refers to those who directly or indirectly obtain and use the YOU2 software and its other related services, including but not limited to, natural person, legal person, and other organizations. They shall be referred to as “user” or “you” in this agreement.

1.3 YOU2 refers to the client application that is legally owned and operated by YOU2, named “YOU2” in English, and “游兔” in Chinese. YOU2 provides users with image processing, recommendation, upload of works and other related functions.

1.4 The content of this agreement includes the content YOU2 has released and those that will be released in the future regarding the agreement and rules of YOU2 software and other relevant services. Once the aforementioned content is officially released and delivered to the users through appropriate means such as website announcement, system notifications, it will be an integral part of this agreement that you should also abide by.  

2、Use of YOU2 software and other relevant services
2.1 The YOU2 software and other relevant services that you use, can be obtained through pre-installation, or downloaded through authorized third-parties, receiving YOU2 users application or visit YOU2 related websites. If you did not obtain the software through YOU or YOU2 authorized third parties, YOU2 will not be able to guarantee that the unofficial version can be used and YOU2 will not be responsible for any loss.

2.2 YOU2 may develop different application version for different terminal devices. You should obtain, download, and install the version that is most suitable according to your device.

2.3 You can use YOU2 software and related services or update YOU2 versions according to your needs. Should you no longer use the YOU2 software and its related services, you may uninstall it by yourself.

2.4 In order to improve the users experience and services, YOU2 will provide software upgrade and changes from time to time, including but not limited to, software modification, upgrading, functional enhancement, new services development, and software replacement. To ensure the security of the YOU2 software and other related services and upgrade user services, after complete or partial upgrade of the software and of other related services, YOU2 may provide, including but not limited to, system prompts, announcements, and private messages to inform users. Users have the rights to choose to accept the updated version or service. However, should the user reject, some functions may be restricted or no longer be in service

2.5 Unless you have received prior written authorization from YOU2, you shall not in any form carry out unauthorized access or use of YOU2 software and related services, including but not limited to adaptation, copying, dissemination, vertical search, mirroring, or trading.

2.6 You understand that to use the YOU2 software and other related services, you will need to prepare terminal devices such as computers and mobile phones. Once you activate the YOU2 software on the terminal device, it will be deemed that you are using the YOU2 software and its related services. In order to use all the functions of YOU2, you may need to connect the terminal devices to the internet. You understand that you will bear all the required expenses such as traffic charges and internet fees.

2.7 YOU2 licenses your personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive, and non-commercial legal right to use YOU2 software and related services. Other rights not stated in this agreement will remain as YOU2’s rights and you must obtain additional written permission from YOU2 before exercising these rights. At the same time, if YOU2 fails to exercise any of the aforementioned rights, it does not constitute a waiver of that right.

2.8 In order to allow you to better use the YOU2 software and its related services and ensure the security of your account, some functions and/or single service item will require you to provide real personal identity information, register and log in before it can be used in accordance with relevant national laws and regulations

3、About “Account”
3.1 YOU2 provides the registration channel for users and users have the rights to choose their account name and set their secure password. The account name and password that the users set will be used to register and log in to certify the use of the YOU2 software and its related services.

3.2 You understand and promise that the account you set does not violate the country’s law and regulations and the YOU2 relevant rules. Your account name, profile picture, bio, and other personal information you provide for registration should not contain any illegal and inappropriate information. You should not use another’s information without their consent to register for an account, including but not limited to, their name, nickname, initials, profile picture or other information that could cause confusion to your identity and you should not register for YOU2 account maliciously, including but not limited to, continuous frequent registration or register for multiple accounts in batches. During account registration and usage, please abide by relevant laws and regulations, do not carry out any infringement of national interests, harm the lawful rights and interests of other citizens and carry out any behaviors that may be harmful to society. YOU2 reserves the rights to request for users’ registration information and conduct reviews.

3.3 The ownership and related rights and interests of your registered account in YOU2 belong to YOU2, and after completing the registration procedures, you only have the right to use the account. Your registered account is limited to your usage only. Without the written consent from YOU2, you are not allowed to give, borrow, rent, transfer, sell or otherwise permit others to use the account in any form. Should YOU2 find out or has reasonable grounds to believe that the user is not the initial registrant of the account, YOU2 reserves the rights to stop or terminate any services to the account and terminate the account without prior notice and do not need to bear legal responsibility to the user who registered the account.

3.4 You are responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your personal account and password and assume full legal responsibility for the activities you engage in in the name of your registered account, including but not limited to any data modification, shared opinions, payments you make on YOU2 and other operations. You should highly value the confidentiality of your account number and password, and do not disclose account numbers and passwords to others under any circumstances. If you discover anyone accessing your account without your consent or any security issues, please notify YOU2 immediately.

3.5 Should you lose your account number or forgot your password; you may retrieve your account number or password through YOU2 appeal channel. You understand and acknowledge that the password retrieval mechanism of YOU2 will only match the information filled in the appeal form with that of the system record data and cannot identify whether the complainant is a real account user. YOU2 hereby remind that you keep your account number and password safe. Once you are done using the application, please log out as it may lead to account theft or loss of password, and you are responsible for the consequences.

3.6 During registration, usage, and management of the account, you should ensure that personal information that you submit is true. Please also ensure that your personal and important information such as name, email address, mobile number and address is true, accurate, legal and valid during registration and account management. According to the countries related laws and regulations, to use this software and its related services, you will need to fill in your real identity information and please complete the real-name certification in accordance with relevant laws and regulations and pay attention to timely update the above-mentioned related information. If the materials or information you provide if not accurate, false, illegal or YOU2 has reasonable grounds to believe the materials and information are wrong, false, and illegal, YOU2 reserves the rights to refuse to provide you with related services or you will not be able to use the YOU2 software or its related services or limit your access to certain functions.

3.7 Other than registering for your YOU2 account, users can also authorize the use of other software user accounts that they legally own, including but not limited to YOU2, as well as real name registered third-party software or platform user accounts to register and log in to use YOU2 software and related services. However, this excludes third party software or platforms that restricts or prohibits such actions. When the user logs in with the aforementioned existing account, he shall ensure that the corresponding account has been registered with real name, and the relevant provisions in this agreement shall also apply.

3.8 You understand and agree that other than logging into the YOU2 software and its related services, you can also use the YOU2 account to log in and use YOU2 software and its related services and control other software and services that YOU2 provides. By logging into the aforementioned services using your YOU2 account, you are also bound by the actual service provider’s \"User Agreement\" and other agreement terms.

3.9 If your account is stolen or lost due to your own reasons or other force majeure factors, you are responsible for it, and YOU2 does not assume any responsibility.

4、User Personal Information Protection
4.1 YOU2 is committed to the protection of users’ information together with you because the protection of users’ personal information is one of YOU’2 basic principles. Such information includes those that can be used to identify the user independently or in combination with other information.

4.2 YOU2 will use safety technology and other security measures that are compatible with the YOU2 software and related services and establish a complete management system to protect your personal information. 

4.3 You can browse and modify your personal information at any time. However, you understand and agree that you may not be able to edit initial registration information and other verifiable information due to security and identification reasons such as account number and password retrieval services.  

4.4 Without your consent, we will not share, transfer, publish your personal identity information to third parties with the exception of the following circumstances:

（1） Having obtained your explicit authorization in advance;

（2） You voluntarily shared, transferred and publish your information to third parties;

（3）When there is direct connection with the interest of the country’s security, national defense security, public security, public health;

（4） According to the request of applicable law and regulations, legal procedures, mandatory administrative and judicial requirements when disclosure or provision is necessary, or when directly related to criminal investigation, prosecution, trial, and execution of judgment; we will follow the request of the type of personal information and publicizing channel to disclose your information. Following the appropriate law and regulation, when we receive the aforementioned request to disclose your information, we will request for the corresponding legal documents to be issued. These legal documents may include summons and investigation letter. We will carry out our due diligence to process all requests to ensure that they have a legal basis, and it is limited to the data that the administrative and judicial departments have legal rights to obtain for specific investigation purposes;

（5） Within the scope permitted by laws and regulations, your information may be disclosed to protect the other YOU2 users, YOU2 and the legitimate rights of those associated that can control the survival and assets of YOU2 or when it is necessary to maintain the security and stability of the operation regarding the rights protection of products or services. This includes illegal activities such as finding, preventing, and handling frauds, and to reduce credit risk. However, this does not include disclosing or providing personal information for profit purposes in violation of the commitments made in this privacy policy;

（6） In order for YOU2 to protect legal rights and file a lawsuit or arbitration against the user;

（7） When it comes to mergers, divisions, acquisitions, asset transfers or similar transactions, if it implicates the transfer of personal information, YOU2 will request for the personal information of the new holder and the YOU2 organization will continues to be bounded by this policy. Otherwise, YOU2 has the rights to request for the YOU2 organization to re-obtain your authorization;

（8）Through legal means of disclosure of personal information such as the news or government announcement;

（9）For academic research purposes or for research institution, when it is necessary for conducting statistical or academic research in the public interest and to provide results of academic research or description to public where all personal information in the results will be anonymize;

（10）Other circumstances stipulated by laws and regulations.

4.5 Please do not disclose any bank account, bank card, credit card, third-party payment account details and the passwords for this information while using the YOU2 software and its related services. Any losses from such actions shall be your responsibility. You should not publish, upload, or spread your personal information through YOU2.

5、User Code of Conduct
5.1 User Conduct Requirement

You should take responsibility for your actions while using the products and related services unless permitted by law or you have obtained prior written permission from YOU2. While using the YOU2 software and its related services, you should not do the following:

5.1.1 Usage of extensions, plugins, systems, or third-party tools without the permission of YOU2 that disrupts, damages, modify or introduce other disturbance to the YOU2 software and its related services from performing.

5.1.2 Usage of anything or actions that could endanger the computer network security of the YOU2 software and its related services, including but not limited to the following:

（1）Activities that endanger the network security such as illegal intrusion into another network, interference with the normal functions of others' networks, and theft of network data;

（2）Provide any information to programs and tools specifically designed to hack into networks, disrupt the normal network functions and protective measures or to steal network data that would endanger the security of the network;

（3）Provide technical support, advertising promotion, payment settlement and other aid to those who engage in activities that endanger cybersecurity with prior knowledge of their background;

（4）Usage of data or access server/account without authorization;

（5）Access to public computer networks or other computer systems without permission and delete, modify, or add stored data;

（6）Without authorization, attempt to find out, scan or test the YOU2 system or the weakness of the network or perform other behaviors that undermine network security;

（7）Attempt to interfere, damage the YOU2 system or website from normal function, deliberately spreading malicious programs or viruses and other acts that disrupt and interfere with normal network information services;

（8）Forge TCP/IP packet name or part of the name.

5.1.3 Perform reverse engineer, reverse assemble, compile, or otherwise to the YOU2 software in the attempt to discover the source code of the software.

5.1.4 Malicious registration of YOU2 account, including but not limited to, frequent and bulk registration of accounts.

5.1.5 Violation of laws and regulations, this agreement, the relevant rules of YOU2, and other acts that infringe on the legal rights of others.

Under any circumstances, if YOU2 has the reason to believe that you are engaging in activities that violates or may have violate the above agreed, YOU2 can judge and deal with it independently and at any time, YOU2 has the right to terminate the provision of services to users with prior notice and pursue relevant responsibilities.

5.2 Information content specification

5.2.1 After user follows the steps to complete identity verification, they can login to YOU2 to access announcements, post comments etc., using registered YOU2 account or other partner platforms of YOU2.

5.2.2 YOU2 is committed to ensure post comments are civilized, rational, friendly, and a high-quality exchange of opinions. While promoting the development of the post comments business, YOU2 is also constantly strengthening the security management capabilities, improve self-discipline of post comments, earnestly fulfill social responsibilities, abide by national laws and regulations, respect citizens' lawful rights and interests, and respect social public order and good customs.

5.2.3 User should consciously abide by the constitution and laws, regulations, observe public orders, respect social ethics, socialist system, national interest, citizens legal right, morality and accuracy of statements when commenting, publishing, or sharing content. Users should not create, duplicate, publish or spread information that are against the law and administrative regulations such as the following:

（1）Oppose the basic principles established by the Constitution;

（2）Threaten national security and disclose sensitive information about the country;

（3）Subverting state power, overthrowing the socialist system, inciting division of the country, and undermining national unity;

（4）Tarnishing the reputation of the country and its interest;

（5）Propagate terrorism or extremist ideas;

（6）Propagating ethnic hatred, ethnic discrimination, and undermining ethnic unity;

（7）Inciting discrimination or hatred of areas;

（8）Undermine national religious policy, promote cults and superstition;

（9）Create, spread rumors or false information that could disrupt economic order and social order and undermine social stability; 

（10）Spread and disseminate violent, obscenity, pornography, gambling, murder, terror or abetting crime content;

（11）Violating the legal rights and interests of minors or harming the physical and mental health of minors;

（12）Secretly photographing or recording others without their permission, infringing on the legal rights of others;

（13）Contains horror, violent, bloody, highly dangerous, or content that endangers the physical and mental health of the performer or others;

（14）Threaten network security, using the internet to threaten the country’s security, reputation and interests;

（15）Comments that insult or defame others, infringe on the legitimate rights and interests of others; 

（16）Violent intimidation, threats to others, and carry out human flesh searches;

（17）Involving the privacy, personal information or data of others;

（18）Comment foul language, harm to public order and morals;

（19）Infringe others’ legal rights and interests such as their privacy, reputation, portrait and intellectual property rights;

（20）Spread commercial advertisements, or similar commercial solicitation information, excessive marketing information, and spam; 

（21）Comments in forms other than those commonly used on this website

（22）Comments with no relation to the information;

（23）Comments with no meaning or deliberately use character combinations to avoid technical review;

（24）Other information that violates laws, regulations, policies, public order and good customs, interferes with the normal operation of YOU2, or violates the legitimate rights and interests of other users or third parties.

（25）The platform will read your album with your permission only for your Avatar modification, Uploading and Publishing of Personal Travel Photos and Videos. Should you refuse to grant access, please click “Refuse to Access My Album “ when you logging in for the first time.

5.3 YOU2 has set up a public complaint and reporting platform. Users can follow the complaint and reporting system YOU2 publish to submit complaints, report various illegal actions, illegal dissemination activities and illegal and harmful information. YOU2 will respond and handle the complaints and reports in a timely manner to create a conducive space for all.

6、 YOU2 Data Usage Specification
6.1 Without the written authorization from YOU2, users cannot, self or authorized, allow and assist any third party to perform the following actions to this agreement and the content of YOU2 software and its related services.

（1）Copy, read, and use the information of the YOU2 software and its related services for commercial purposes, including but not limited to, publicity, to increase reading volume, and browsing volume;

（2）Edit, organize and arrange the information from the YOU2 software and its related services without authorization, and display them in channels other than the source page of the YOU2 software and its related services;

（3）Adopt any form of identification methods, including but not limited to special marks, special codes to generate traffic, reading volume guide, transfer, hijacking or cause other adverse effects on the information or content of the YOU2 software and its related services by yourself or by assisting a third party;

（4）Other acts of illegally obtaining the information of the YOU2 software and its related services.

6.2 After receiving written authorization from YOU2, users still need to abide the following rules when sharing, transferring, or performing other actions to the contents of the YOU2 software and its related services.

（1）Without the prior written consent from YOU2, any data regarding catchwords, hit rate, classification, search volume, click-through rate, reading volume and others that were crawled, tallied and obtained should not be publish, provided or leaked to any third-parties;

（2）Do not make any changes to the source web pages of the YOU2 software and related services in any form, including but not limited to links to the homepage/profile page of the YOU2 software and its related services, links to advertising systems, etc., and do not modify the display of the page of the source of the YOU2 software and related services by adding any form of occlusion, insertion, pop-up, etc.;

（3）You should apply security, effective and rigorous features to prevent information from the YOU2 software and its related services from being obtained by third-parties through, including but not limited to, spider programming or other methods;

（4）Do not use related information beyond its intended scope as stated on YOU2’s written agreement. Do not use it for any sales and commercial purposes or leak, provide or authorize any third-parties’ usage.

（5）Users who share, forward, and copy the content of YOU2 software and related service information to any third party shall still comply with other norms and standards established by YOU2 for this purpose.

7、Breach of Contract
7.1 In response to your violation of this agreement or other terms of service, YOU2 has the right to independently judge and assess the situation and take the following actions.  This includes providing pre-warnings, refusal to publish, immediately stop transmitting information, delete follow-ups, short-term ban on publishing, restrict part or all of the account functions until the account is permanently deactivated and other measures. YOU2 has the right to announce the results of the treatment and has the right to decide whether to resume use according to the situation. Relevant records will be kept for suspected violations of laws and regulations and suspected crimes and reported to relevant competent authorities in accordance with the law, and cooperate with relevant competent authorities in investigations.

7.2 If you violate this agreement or other terms of service and cause third-party complaints or litigation claims, you shall bear all legal responsibilities by yourself. If your illegal actions or breach of contract causes YOU2 and its associated YOU2 to be obligated to compensate any third party or be punished by the state agency, you should also compensate in full for all losses suffered by YOU2 and its associated YOU2.

7.3 YOU2 respects and protects the legal rights of legal persons and citizens which includes intellectual property rights, reputation rights, name rights, and privacy rights. You pledge that the texts, pictures, videos, audios, links, etc. uploaded when using YOU2 software and related services do not infringe any third party's intellectual property rights, reputation rights, name rights, privacy rights and other legal rights. Otherwise, YOU2 has the right to remove the allegedly infringing content upon receiving notification from the relevant party or related parties. You shall bear all legal responsibilities for all claims made by third parties; if your infringement cause losses to YOU2 and its associated (including losses of economics, goodwill, etc.), you should also fully compensate for all losses suffered by YOU2 and its associated to YOU2.

8、Changes, Disruption and Terminated of Services
8.1 You understand and agree that the YOU2 software and related services provided by YOU2 are in accordance with the status quo that can be achieved with existing technology and conditions. YOU2 will do its best to provide you with services and ensure the continuity and safety of services. You understand that YOU2 cannot foresee and prevent technical-related risks or other forms of risks, including but not limited to service interruption caused by force majeure, viruses, Trojan horses, hacker attacks, system instability, third-party service defects, and other security issues. These reasons could cause disruption of service, data loss and other losses and risks. 

8.2 You understand and agree that in order to serve the needs of the overall operation, YOU2 has the right to modify, interrupt, suspend or terminate the YOU2 software and related services after the announcement notice, without being responsible to the user or bear any liability for compensation.

9、Advertising
9.1 You fully understand and agree that during your use of the YOU2 software and related services, this service may include information, advertising or brand promotion services launched by YOU2 targeted for individuals or companies. You agree that YOU2 has the right to display commercial advertisements, promotions, or information (including commercial or non-commercial information) related to the YOU2 software and its related services and/or third-party suppliers and partners in the YOU2 software and its related services. 

9.2 If you do not agree to the advertisement, you have the rights to close the advertisement; You have the right to close the YOU2 push notification service or stop using the YOU2 software and related services by yourself.

9.3 YOU2 performs advertising and promotion related obligations in accordance with the law. You should judge the authenticity and reliability of the advertisement or promotion materials and be responsible for your own judgment. Unless stipulated by laws and regulations, the user shall bear the responsibility for his/her purchase, transaction, or damage or loss suffered by the foregoing content due to the advertisement or promotion information, and YOU2 shall not be liable. 

10、Intellectual Property Rights
10.1 The intellectual property of the content provided on the YOU2 software and its related services fully belongs to YOU2. This content includes but is not limited to software, technology, program, webpage, text, picture, image, audio, video, chart, layout, and electronic document. The copyright, patent rights and other intellectual property rights of the software which YOU2 provides this service belong to YOU2. Without the permission of YOU2, individuals are not allowed to use it at their own discretion. Usage includes, but is not limited to, monitoring, copying, disseminating, displaying, mirroring, uploading, downloading content in YOU2 software and related services through any program or equipment such as robots, spiders.

10.2 You understand and agree that while using the YOU2 software and its related services, all texts, images, videos and audio are your original creation, or you have received legal authorization. The intellectual property of any content you upload and publish through YOU2 belong to you or the original copyright owner.

10.3 You know, understand, and agree that the public content you upload onto YOU2, not including content only visible to the user yourself, authorizes the global, free, non-exclusive, and sublicensable use by YOU2 and those associated and control YOU2. Usage of the content includes, but is not limited to current or other websites, applications, products or terminal devices and you authorize YOU2 and those associated and controls YOU2 to modified, copied, adapted, translated, compiled, or made derivative products to the corresponding content.

10.4 You acknowledge and agree to authorize YOU2 to act in your name or to entrust a professional third party to protect the content you upload and publish should it infringes on your intellectual property rights. The forms of rights protection include, but are not limited to monitoring infringements, sending rights protection letters, filing lawsuits or arbitration, mediation, and reconciliation. YOU2 has the right to make decisions on rights protection matters and implement them independently. 

10.5 YOU2 provides technical support for the development and operation of YOU2 and has all rights to all data and information generated during the development and operation of the YOU2 software and its related services.

10.6 Please do not use any trademarks, service marks, trade names, domain names, website names or other distinctive brand features of YOU2, including but not limited to YOU2, \"YOU2\", (hereinafter collectively referred to as \"logos\") under any circumstances. Without the prior written consent of YOU2, you may not display, use, or apply for trademark registration, domain name registration, etc., with the aforementioned logos, independently or in any combination, and you may not express or imply that you have the right to display, use, or to deal with these logos. If you violate this agreement and use the aforementioned trademarks, logos, etc. of YOU2 to cause losses to YOU2 or others, you shall bear all legal responsibilities.

10.7 YOU2 may review some of the user submissions to determine whether it will be finally publicly released, and some titles may be modified, translated, or set as featured before the final release to ensure the quality of the content and optimize the user experience globally.

10.8 The copyright of all content downloaded by the user belongs to the original author. The sharing or reprinting of these contents by users is restricted by the relevant terms of the original content source and does not provide users with any copyright permission.

10.9 Outstanding posts uploaded by users may be officially published to thematic modules or recommended on official social network accounts.

10.10 Any user can download others’ work for their personally use. However, the copyright still belongs to the original author. Downloaders should acknowledge the original author when sharing or reprinting and ensure the work is not use for any commercial purposes.

10.11 YOU2 has the right but not the obligation to review the content submitted by users and have the right to deal with information that violates regulations or infringes based on relevant evidence in conjunction with the \"Tort Liability Law\", the \"Regulations on the Protection of the Right of Information Network Transmission\" and other laws and regulations.

11、Privacy Policy
The protection of users personal information is YOU2’s utmost priority. Before using the YOU2 software and its related services, please ensure that you have read through this privacy policy carefully. YOU2 may collect and use your relevant information and once you use the YOU2 software and its related services, it will be taken that you have agreed to the collection, usage (including commercial use) and storage of your relevant information stated in this privacy policy.

11.1 Scope and methods of personal information collection

When you are using the YOU2 software and its related services, we will collect, store, and use your relevant personal data. This information can be used to register, log in, bind your account, and receive verification codes when you need to retrieve your password. If you do not provide the relevant information, you may not be able to register as our user or enjoy some of the services we provide, or you may not be able to enjoy the desired effect of the related services. According to the laws of the People's Republic of China, when you use YOU2, you should provide your real identity information through your account, and we will assist you in choosing an appropriate method to complete real-name verification based on your identity attributes.

1. Information you provide

1.1 When you fill in or provide your personal information during registration, login or usage of the YOU2 software and services which may include your name, phone number, email address, home address, etc. that can be use independently or in combination with our personal identification information, you can choose to not disclose one or more personal information. However, as such, you might not be able to use some of YOU2’s exclusive services.

1.2 If you login to YOU2 through other methods, your personal information will be requested from a third-party. For required personal information that the third party is unable to provide, we will request from you directly. If you refuse to provide the information, you might not be able to use certain service provided by YOU2.

2. Information obtained from your use of the YOU2 software and its related services

2.1 Log Information: When you use the YOU2 software and its services, data generated from your use of our services will be collect and saved as relevant web log. This includes your search history, IP address, browser type, language used, date and time the service was accessed, cookies, web beacon, etc.

2.2 Device or application information: Some mobile devices or apps contain a unique app number. For example, the configuration information, device version, device identification code, IP address, etc. provided by the mobile device, browser, or other programs you use to access the YOU2 service.

In order to provide you with a better service and improve the user experience, the YOU2 software may record the hardware type, operating system version number, International Mobile Equipment Identity (IMEI), Media Access Control Address (MAC)and other information data.

2.3 Location Information: When you activate the device positioning function and use the services relating to location provided by the YOU2, after obtaining your consent, we will use various technologies to determine your position so that you do not need to manually enter your own geographic coordinates to obtain related services. These technologies include IP addresses, GPS, and other sensors that can provide relevant information. For example, you may need to provide information about nearby devices, Wi-Fi access points, and base stations. Should you wish to stop YOU2 from tracking your geographical location, you may turn off the device positioning function. Most mobile devices allow you to turn off location services. It is recommended that you contact the service provider or manufacturer of your mobile device to find out more about this.

3. Information obtained from third parties

We may obtain the account information (avatar, nickname, etc.) you have authorized to be share from a third party and bind your third-party account with your YOU2 account after you agree to this \"Privacy Policy\". This is to allow you to use the third-party account to log in directly to use our products and/or services. We will use your personal information on the premise of complying with relevant laws and regulations after confirming the legality of the source of personal information in accordance with the agreement with the third party.

4. When you use the search function in YOU2, we will collect the data for the keywords in your search content, device information, etc. In order to provide a more efficient search service, some of this information will be temporarily stored in your local storage device. Therefore, you need to take precaution that the keywords you search is unable to individually identify your personal identity and does not contain your personal information, hence giving us the right to use the information for other purposes. Only when your search information is related to your other information and it can be used in combination with other information to identify your personal identity, along with the search time, we will treat your search keyword information as your personal information. The historical records are processed and protected in accordance with this privacy policy.

5. When you use the identity authentication service provided by YOU2, we will collect your name, ID number, occupation, relevant identity certificates and other information. YOU2 places utmost priority in protecting this personal information. If you do not provide this information, YOU2 will not be able to provide related services.

6. When you participate in relevant marketing events organised by YOU2, we will collect your name, mailing address, contact information, bank account number and other information. This information is collected on to process transfers or mail gifts to you. If you refuse to provide this information, we will not be able to transfer or issue gifts to you.

We will store your personal information collected in the territory of the People’s Republic of China in accordance with the provisions of laws and regulations.

We will only retain your personal information for the period necessary for the purposes described in this \"Privacy Policy\" and within the time limit required by laws and regulations.

Expect for the following circumstance and scenarios, YOU2 and those associated with YOU2 will not share your personal information with any third parties without your authorization.

With the continuous development of our business, YOU2 and its related businesses might undergo mergers, acquisitions, asset transfers or similar transactions and your personal information might be transferred as part of the process. Should that happen, we will notify you before the transfer and we will continue to protect or require new stakeholders to continue to protect your personal information in accordance with laws and regulations and standards not lower than those required by this privacy policy.

2. Without your authorization, we will not allow any third party to share, transfer or publish your personal information with the exception of the following situations:

（1） Obtain your explicit authorization in advance;

（2） You share, transfer or publish the information to a third party on your own accord;

（3）When it is directly related to the national security, national defense security, public security, public health, and public interest;

Please know that the personal information protection measures that YOU2 provides is only for the YOU2 platform. Once you exit the YOU2 software, the browser or other websites, services, and content resources of YOU2, we will not be able to nor have the obligation to protect any personal information you submit on websites other than YOU2, regardless of whether you log in or browse the above websites based on YOU2 links or guidance.

11.7 Management of personal information

We understand the importance you place on your personal information, and we will do our best to protect your right to access, correct, delete, and withdraw consent to your personal information, so that you have sufficient ability to protect your privacy and security.

1. After you complete your YOU2 account registration and conduct the necessary identity verification, you can view, modify, and delete your personal information submitted to YOU2. Under normal circumstances, you can browse, modify, and delete the information submitted by yourself at any time, but for security and identification (such as number appeal service) considerations, you may not be able to modify some of the initial registration information submitted during registration. 

2. You have the rights to update and modify your personal information in your own accord. Before you update or modify, we will first need you to verify your identity before proceeding to update and modify the information.

3. You can apply for deactivation of your account in our products. Before you log out of your account, we will verify your personal identity, security status, device information, etc. The deactivation of your account is irreversible. Once you deactivate your account, YOU2 will stop providing you with products and/or services, and will delete all information linked to your account in accordance with your requirements, unless otherwise stipulated by laws and regulations. 

4. We may not be able to fulfill your request when your information is related to any of the following situations in accordance with the requirements of laws and regulations:

4.1 Related to national security and national defense;

4.2 Related to public security, public health and significant public interest;

4.3 Related to criminal investigation, prosecution, trial and execution of judgments, etc.;

4.4 When there is sufficient evidence to show that you have subjective malice or abuse of rights;

4.5 Responding to your request will cause serious damage to the legitimate rights and interests of you or other individuals or organizations;

4.6 When it involves trade secrets; 

4.7 Other circumstances stipulated by laws and regulations.

11.8 Inapplicability of this privacy policy

1. This privacy policy is not suited and applicable for the following situations:

1.1 Information collected by third-party services (including any third-party applications and websites) accessed through YOU2 software and services;

1.2 Information collected by other YOU2 institutions or organizations that provide advertising services in YOU2 software and services.

2. Our services may include or link to information or other services (including websites) provided by third parties. Such third-party services may be operated by related third parties. Your engagement of such third-party services (including any personal information you provide to such third parties) is subjected to the third party's terms of service and privacy terms and not this privacy policy, and you need to read its terms carefully. Please protect your personal information properly and provide the information to others only when necessary. This privacy policy only applies to the information we collect, save, use, share, and disclose. It does not apply to the services provided by any third party or the third party's information usage rules. We are not responsible for any third party's use of the information provided by you. 

12、Disclaimer
12.1 You understand and agree that the YOU2 software and its related services may be affect and disturbed by various factors and YOU2 does not guarantee, including but not limited to:

12.1.1 YOU2 is completely suitable for the user;

12.1.2 YOU2 will not be disturbed and will be timely, safe, reliable or error-free; any software, services or other materials obtained by the user through YOU2 will meet the expectations of the user;

12.1.3 Any errors in the software will be corrected eventually.

12.2 For suspected accounts that are involved in borrowing or involved in other property-related network information, account passwords, advertisements or promotions, users should be cautious and make their own judgments. Based on the foregoing reasons, you may suffer profit, business reputation, data loss or other tangible or intangible losses. YOU2 does not assume any direct, indirect, incidental, special, derivative or punitive compensation liability. 

12.3 The user understands and agrees that in the process of using the YOU2 software and related services, it may encounter force majeure and other factors (force majeure refers to unforeseen, insurmountable, and unavoidable objective events), including but not limited to government actions, natural disasters, and network reasons, hacking, war or any other similar incidents. In the event of force majeure, YOU2 will try to repair it in a timely manner, but the user agrees that YOU2 will not be liable for losses caused to the user due to the force majeure. 

12.4 YOU2 obtains the right to deal with illegal content in accordance with this agreement. This right does not constitute an obligation or promise of YOU2, and YOU2 cannot guarantee timely detection of illegal activities or corresponding treatment thereafter.

12.5 The user reads, understands, and agrees that regarding the services of this agreement, YOU2 does not provide any kind of express or implied guarantees or conditions, including but not limited to commercial marketability, applicability for specific purposes, etc. Your use of the software and related services under this agreement must be at your own risk. 

12.6 The user reads, understands, and agrees that this agreement is to ensure compliance with national laws and regulations, maintain public order and good customs, and protect the legitimate rights and interests of others. YOU2 will try its best to make judgments in accordance with relevant laws and regulations within the scope of its ability, but it does not guarantee that the judgment of YOU2 is completely in line with the judicial and the administrative agency. If there are consequences resulting from this, the user has understood and agreed to bear it.

13、Terms of use for minors
13.1 If the user is below the age of 18, you should read this agreement and use YOU2 software and related services under the guardianship, guidance and consent of the guardian.

13.2 YOU2 attaches great importance to the protection of the personal information of minors. When an underage user fills in their personal information, please strengthen their awareness of personal protection and to treat your personal information with caution. Please use the YOU2 software and its related services correctly under the supervision of the guardian. 

13.3 Underage users understand that if you violate the laws and regulations and the content of this agreement, you and your guardian shall bear all consequences arising in accordance with the law.

13.4 Special reminder for underage users:

13.4.1 Minors who use this software and related services should learn to use the Internet appropriately within a reasonable range under the supervision and guidance of their guardians, avoid indulging in virtual cyberspace, and develop good Internet habits.

13.4.2 Underage users must abide by the \"National Youth Internet Civilization Convention\":

（1）Use the Internet for learning and do not browse unhealthy information;

（2）Communicate honestly and politely, do not insult or deceive others;

（3）Increase your self-protection awareness and do not physically meet netizens casually;

（4）To maintain network security and do not disrupt network order;

（5）Take care of your physical and mental health, do not indulge in the cyberspace.

13.5 In order to better protect the privacy rights of minors, YOU2 reminds users to carefully publish content containing minor materials. Once published, it is deemed that the user agrees to the software and its related services to display information, portraits, voices, etc. of minors, and allows YOU2 to use and process such minor-related content in accordance with this agreement.

14、Others
14.1 The establishment, entry into force, performance, interpretation and settlement of disputes of this agreement shall be governed by the laws of the mainland of the People's Republic of China. If any provisions of this agreement are invalid due to conflicts with the laws of the mainland of the People's Republic of China, these terms will be re-analyze as close as possible to the original intent of this agreement and other provisions of this agreement shall still have full force and effect.

14.2 YOU2 has the right to modify this agreement based on changes in national policies, technical conditions, product features, etc., and YOU2 will publish the modified agreement. Once the above content has been officially announced and disseminated to the users through appropriate channels such as website announcements, system notification, etc., it will be an integral part of this agreement and you should comply with it. If you have any objection to the modified agreement, please log out and stop using the YOU2 software and its related services immediately. If you continue to login and use the YOU2 software and its related services, it will be deemed that you agree with the modified agreement.

14.3 The headings in this agreement are provided for convenience and reading only, and do not affect the meaning or interpretation of any provisions in this agreement.

14.4 Both you and YOU2 are independent entities. Under any circumstances, this agreement does not constitute any form of express or implied guarantee or condition of YOU2 to users, and neither does it constitute an agency, partnership, joint venture, or employment relationship between the two parties. 

14.5 The copyright of this agreement belongs to YOU2, and YOU2 reserves the right to interpret and modify it.
